  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp saffron strands
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp crimson chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 inexperienced chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp salt

How to make

  • 10 grams chilli paste
  • 5 grams of desiccated coconut powder
  • 2 ml kewra
  • 4 pcs cloves
  • 6 pcs inexperienced cardamom

How to make
