Gurugram visitors advisory: Ahir protest to disrupt visitors on NH48 freeway | Auto News


In anticipation of a deliberate Ahir protest march on Sunday, Gurugram Police has issued an advisory and a visitors diversion plan. The Ahir neighborhood is demanding that an Army regiment be named after their neighborhood. The march might be led by members of the neighborhood alongside National Highway 48. According to an official police assertion, gentle autos from Jaipur ought to take the left flip from the IMT Manesar chowk and journey to their vacation spot by way of the Pataudi-Gurugram highway.

Commuters from Delhi have been suggested to take Golf Course-Vatika Chowk (Badshahpur)-SPR highway to hook up with the NH-48.

The visitors coming from MG Road has been suggested to take a slight left flip 100 meters earlier than the IFFCO Chowk slip highway in the direction of Huda City Centre. “Traffic coming from the Gurugram bus stand have been advised to take alternative routes via MDI Chowk-Signature Flyover underpass-Huda CC Metro road,” the advisory stated.

“Special diversions have been made for all heavy/goods vehicles from Jaipur. Heavy goods vehicles are advised to take Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway from Pachgaon to go to Delhi and Faridabad,” learn the advisory.

The Sanyukt Ahir Regiment Morcha has been protesting since February, demanding the creation of an Ahir Regiment within the Army.
