Silchar: The Cachar district administration has signed an MoU with Northeast Transmission Company Ltd for the availability and commissioning of a 5KW off-grid hybrid solar energy plant at Salchapra mini major well being heart of the district at an estimated value of Rs 7,95,910 lakh below its company social duty(CSR) on Friday.
The pact was signed by Cachar deputy commissioner Keerthi Jalli and NETC Ltd tasks head Anil R Shah, Jalli mentioned “a hybrid solar power plant, once installed, will definitely prove to be handy during emergency cases in MPHC and ensure uninterrupted power supply during treatment of the patients”. tnn
